Return & Refund Policy

At Ekasutra Global, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship and finishing of every piece we create. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags, packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Product

If you receive a product, size or variant different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or available variant, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must meet our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

Customised, personalised, made-to-order or altered products may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has started. Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase are also generally not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong, damaged or defective product, applicable return shipping costs will be covered by us. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
